- take time to write down everything you want or dream about having
- describe in words the person you want to become
- collect pictures of things that inspire you
- gather together all the music that uplift you
- read of all the books you can get hold of
- make notes to stick on your mirror or wall
- carry them in your purse
- put them in your dashboard
- Etc..etc..
- in other words surround yourself with reminders of positive things that inspire you to do something!
